Popped down to Peggs & Son again today to get some snaps of the choice pieces of SS12 to feed back to you. If you’re anywhere around southern England or London (or even further afield) you should check out the store in Brighton, or if you’re not, make sure you check out the online store (With free postage to the UK) for pieces from the likes of Edwin, Huf, Norse Projects, Gourmet, Folk, Obey, RRL, Mighty Mac, APC, YMC and more! Today, big things happened. It marked the 999th post on YSH. Coincidently it’s also a year today(ish) that i (Isaac) started You Score High. When i first started blogging, i’d never realised that the vast majority of peoples blogs were made up of other peoples photos and things pulled from all around the internet. I wanted to make a blog that was made up of entirely original content.
But i soon realised i couldn’t do it alone.So naturally, i turned to my best friend, Liam. With him and the help of a few other people, YSH became the blog it is now. Made up entirely of original content from all over the UK.
You Score High has seen some good things happen this year. The list of contributors have gone from 2 all the way up to 8, but now we’re kicking it back to the old school with myself and Liam taking creative control again, along with a couple of other guest photographers who i couldn’t have done this without, Barnaby Kent and Luke Wright. This blog has also seen the most ever reblogged photo on the whole of tumblr. A photo of me and Liam on halloween dressed as the Fresh Prince and Jazzy Jeff Which, glitch or not, is pretty hilarious. See that HERE! We’ve also seen our work reblogged on HUF, Supreme, Hype Beast, FFFFound and more, and we definitely look forward to the year coming, and what it has to offer.
ANYWAY. Today also marked the release Niggas in Paris. I have looked at Liam many a time with pupils the size of the sun at 6am, pre early morning inebriated bike ride, and genuinely thought he was Kanye West. We both have equal love for this song so i thought it would make a good 1000th post. Thanks for following and all the support.

Makin’ tea with Hannah Boulter & Layin’ down with David Hollands.

From the 27th of February until the 3rd of March, Myself and Luke Wright (anotherfreshidea), as well as some other close friends, will be travelling to New York City.
I’ve never been to New York, and with little knowledge of what to spend the 6 days doing, and with nothing planned yet, I could use some advice.
If anyone can recommend anything good to do/see/eat/buy then please send me an ask. Or if you fancy showing us around, providing you’re not completely mental, let me know.
